Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy will apply for all Bookings & Reservations
Cancellation Policy for Excursions & Activities:
1.) Cancellation Terms for all standard group excursions & activities

A full refund will be issued, if the Reservation will be cancelled in time; at latest, 24 hours before the departure/start of the Activity.
A full refund will be issued, if the Activity will be cancelled from the provider, because of bad weather conditions or other circumstances.
No refund will be issued, for cancellations on the day of the Activity or by no show off. In this case, the issued Ticket will loses its validity.
No refund will be issued, if you arrive late (outside an acceptable period of delay) at the Embarkation/Meeting Point of the Activity. In this case, the issued Ticket will loses its validity.
2.) Cancellation Terms for private/exclusive excursions & activities

A full refund will be issued, if the Reservation will be cancelled in time; at latest, 72 hours before the departure/start of the Private Activity.
A full refund will be issued, if the Private Activity will be cancelled from the provider, because of bad weather conditions or other reasonable circumstances.
No refund will be issued, for cancellations after the cancellation deadline. If you would like to reschedule your Reservation after the cancellation deadline, it will depends from the provider and available capacities.
No refund will be issued, by no show off on the day of the Pivate Activity. In this case, the issued Ticket will loses its validity
3.) The following, additional Transfer Conditions, will apply to all reservations:
If you have booked an Activity, in combination with a Transfer to the Embarkation Point and the Activity will be cancelled on site, due to bad weather conditions or reasonable circumstances, please note, that the amount paid for the Transfer, would not be refunded.
If you have booked yourself a Transfer to the Embarkation Point and the Activity will be cancelled on site, due to bad weather conditions or reasonable circumstances, please note, that we don´t accept any liability and the amount paid for the Transfer, would not be covered.
Cancellation Policy for Hotels, Bungalows, Apartments & Guest Houses
1.) General Cancellation Terms for Hotels, Bungalows, Apartments & Guest Houses

A full refund will be issued, if the Reservation will be cancelled in time; at latest, 1 Month before the Reservation Date.
A full refund will be issued, if the Reservation will get cancelled through the provider, because of majeure force or other circumstances.
No refund will be issued, for cancellations after the cancellation deadline. If you would like to change the Reservation Date after the cancellation deadline, it will depends from the provider and available capacities. In addition, if a different rate will apply on the chosen replacement date, a prior payment of the price difference is mandatory.
No refund will be issued, if you don´t show off (or on a “wrong” day), at the Accomodation. In this case, the issued Accomodation Ticket will loses fully or partially its validity: Missed days will not be replaced or refunded; remaining days will remain valid.
2.) Extended disclaimer for Hotels, Bungalows, Apartments & Guest Houses

If ever, because of majeure force or other circumstances (damage caused by cyclone, fire, etc.), the Accomodation booked isn´t available and/or can´t be used for the period booked, please note that we don´t accept any liability and a possible price difference for the rebooking to a comparable Accomodation, would not be covered by us.
Cancellation Policy for Hotel Day Packages
1.) General Cancellation Terms for Hotel Day Packages

A full refund will be issued, if the Reservation will be cancelled in time; at latest, 72 hours before the Day Package Reservation Date.
A full refund will be issued, if the Day Package Reservation will get cancelled through the provider.
No refund will be issued, for cancellations after the cancellation deadline. If you would like to change the Day Package Date after the cancellation deadline, it will depends from the provider and available capacities. In addition, if a different rate will apply on the chosen replacement date (e.g. a higher price during the weekend), a prior payment of the price difference is mandatory.
No refund will be issued, for cancellations on the day of the Day Package or by no show off. In this case, the Ticket will loses its validity.
3.) The following, additional Day Package Conditions, will apply to all Reservations:
If it is raining on the day of your Reservation, this circumstance does not entitle to cancel the Day Package Reservation.
If some of the Hotel Features advertised in the Day Package offer are not available on the day of your Reservation (e.g. due to bad weather conditions, maintenance, etc.), it does not entitle to cancel the Reservation or to request for a partial refund.
Cancellation Policy for Car Rental Services:
A full refund will be issued, if the Rental Car will be cancelled in time; at latest, 48 hours before the Rental Date.
A full refund will be issued, if the Rental Car is defective and a replacement vehicle can´t be provided within a reasonable period of time.
A full refund will be issued, if you have booked a Delivery Service to your Hotel/Airport and the Driver / Rental Car doesn’t show up.
No refund will be issued, for cancellations after the cancellation deadline. If you would like to change the Rental Date after the cancellation deadline, it will depends from the provider and available capacities.
No refund will be issued, if you don´t show off (or on a “wrong” day), at the Car Rental Agency. In this case, the issued Car Rental Ticket will loses fully or partially its validity: Missed days will not be replaced or refunded; remaining days will remain valid.
Cancellation Policy for Taxi & Transfer Services:
1.) General Cancellation Terms for Taxi & Transfers Services
–> in the following “Transfer” <–
A full refund will be issued, if the Transfer will be cancelled in time; at latest, 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time from the Hotel.
A full refund will be issued, if the weather conditions (especially during cyclone or heavy rain warning classes), does not enable the driver to ensure a safe Transfer.
A full refund will be issued, if the driver doesn’t show up.
No refund will be issued, for cancellations on the day of the Transfer or by no show off. In this case, the Transfer Ticket will loses its validity.
No refund will be issued, if the driver arrives late (justified or unjustified) at the Hotel, within a reasonable period of time. This circumstance does not entitle to cancel the Transfer Reservation.
No refund will be issued, if it is raining and/or the conditions are reasonably acceptable, on the day of the Transfer. This circumstance does not entitle to cancel the Transfer Reservation.
2.) Extended disclaimer for Taxi & Transfer Services:
If you´re not present in time at the scheduled pick-up time and the caused delay will be leading to, that you won´t arrive in time at the Meeting Point to join the booked Activity/Excursion, please note that we don´t accept any liability and will not cover for the lost of your Tickets.
