Hello Mauritius – Cancellation policy, which will applies, to all Bookings:

– A full refund will be issued, if the reservation will be cancelled in time; at latest, 24 hours before the start of the excursion.
– A full refund will be issued, if the excursion will get cancelled through the provider, because of bad weather or other reasonable circumstances.
– In case, you have booked the excursion in combiantion with a Hotel transfer by Taxi and the excursion would have to be cancelled on site, due to bad weather conditions or reasonable circumstances, please note, that the amount for the transfer, would not be refunded.
– No refund will be issued, for cancellations on the day of the excursion or by no show off. In this case, the ticket will loses its validity.
